Episode #1: What’s Your Why?
There’s a “why” for every decision that we make. Husband and wife team Robin and Rudy discuss making the decision to embark on a plan for those who want to get in shape. Rudy has been a trainer for over 20 years. Robin was the reluctant participant until she dipped her toe in the water and began to see the results in her health and appearance.
