The use of Zoom and other video chats has exploded since coronavirus lockdowns and social distancing upended the way that we meet. We predict that it will continue for some time as several forward-thinking companies have said that they will allow employees to work from home 2021. Twitter announced that they will let some of their employees work from home forever if they choose. We can look forward to increased video chats becoming part of our new normal.
